 Hard to believe December is just around the corner. I've already warned hubby,

the decorations will be going up on Dec. 1 as I think we need a change of scenery, 

or perhaps it's just that I need something to do besides bake!

~~ Fab'n'Funky Challenge #503 ~~~

 Hello folks,

Hope all is well.

Today is the start of a new challenge at

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #503

where I am the host.  I've chosen a theme of  

"Hand Stamped or Die Cut Sentiment"

I had fun creating this winter scene from my collection of MFT dies and stamps.

This is a slimline card..cut using a Whimsy die.  Background created with Distress Oxide ink and Copic opaque white sprinkled on the background.  The sentiment is stamped using Versamark and white embossing powder then heat embossed.  The stamps were coloured with Copics and die cut. They are all from MFT Stamps

I have coloured with copics a very old  favourite Magnolia stamp.

I purchased this stamp in 2010 and made a Christmas card for my twin sister

as I thought it looked like these two were twins.  

It was great to pull it out of its hiding place and give it some life on this new card.

then cut using the die from the set.

Just a quick post today to let you know of the new challenge starting today at

I always struggle with CAS...I do hope this one fits the bill.

It was a quick one as I already had the images pre-coloured with Copics.
