Christmas @ Fab'n'Funky

Hi everyone,
I hope you are having a good week.
I'm scheduling my post as always and keeping fingers crossed all goes as planned.
We are expecting a storm, the remnants of hurricane Patricia
that could cause power outages from heavy winds and rain.
I do hope everyone says safe and out of harms way.

Today starts a new challenge at Fab'n'Funky and our host is the lovely Wends
and the theme is my favourite "Christmas"

We are sponsored by the wonderful Inky Impressions who generously
supplied us with our choice of digi to use for the challenge.

I chose to colour the very cute digi called "Marleigha's Reindeer" available here.
I coloured Marleigha with polychromos and used copics on the reindeer.

The DP is from my stash. The corner fern is my favourite Marianne Designs die.
The string of lights is a Cheery Lynn die #B131 and the sentiment is LOTV.
Glossy accents added to the holiday lights.

Halloween at TPS

Hi all,
Today starts a new Challenge at The Paper Shelter where the theme is "Halloween".

The are so many fabulous images available at TPS that are perfect for this time of year.
My card share today features the composition from a new digi  called "A Beauty to Die For
and is available here.   Your purchase at The Paper Shelter  always includes
One Digital Stamp, One Coloured Stamp, One Matching Paper and One Composition
Such a wonderful selection...all included in the purchase price.

When I saw this beautifully coloured image I knew I had to make a card with her.

I created a gray frame using Martha Stewart cobweb punch set.
Added cheesecloth that I'd coloured using TH Black Soot Distressed Ink
and placed it underneath the image, then stacked it onto gray then black layers.
I cut in black cardstock a MB Twiggy Tree and MB Woodland Branch

As always there is a wonderful prize for the winner, especially if you use a TPS image.
