Apologies for not visiting lately...lots going on at the home front.
 Hopefully things should be back to normal in a couple of weeks.

Today starts a new challenge at

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #521

and being the last Wednesday of the month it means we will have a theme of

"Christmas"

I first saw this image on Faith's blog and knew I needed it.  The image is from QKR
and is called Shepherd.  City landscape created using MFT dies and a non glossy gold cardstock. Sentiment stamped and embossed with gold embossing powder.   White paint splattered on navy to create the night sky.

I've coloured with Copics a digital stamp by SheepSki Designs
SU embossing folder used on one of the layers
 the sentiment has been stamped with VersaFine Clair ink in Chianti, 
embossing powder added and heat set. It has a lovely shine to it.

*** Something different **

 Hello everyone,

I hope you are well and enjoying the weekend.

I'm here today to tell you it's time for a new challenge at

Sweet Stampin

where we are challenging you to use something not usually seen on your cards. This was a perfect time for me to use some of the unusual items I tend to save.  This little flag was originally perched on a delicious tower of individual sized bundt cakes that I received for my birthday in February and I thought it was too cute to trash.

I've coloured with Copics a digital stamp called Aurora Pandemic from TheEastWind. The sentiment has been stamped with versamark, white embossing powder added and heat embossed, cut using an MFT die.   This card is for one of my granddaughters.

Can't say that I am as all days run together now.
