Year of the Horse

Good day everyone and Happy Chinese New Year!

I've a card to show you today that I made for someone very special. I hope she likes it.

I've kept with traditional red and gold and used pop dots under SB Splendid Circle dies.
DP is Graphic 45 Songbird collection

For the inside I used the largest die from SB Marvelous Squares and computer generated the sentiment.
TH Firebrick Red and Mustard Seed Distressed ink used on the panel
The Paper Lanterns are a Memory Box die as well.

I would like to enter the following challenges:
4 Crafty Chicks #179 - Anything Goes

Try it on Tuesday - Celebration

Have a wonderful weekend everyone and thanks for stopping by today.

I hope you're having a good week so far.
We're still in the grips of a cold front that doesn't seem to be shifting anytime soon.
It's been a long time since we've had such a cold, snowy winter as this one.

I'm hosting this week at Fab'n'Funky and our lovely Judith had the brilliant idea to have a Christmas challenge once a help avoid the stress at Christmas and have all our cards ready. I was so on board with this theme because I was really scrambling last year.

We have the fabulous Delicious Doodles sponsoring this week.

I'm so sick of all the snow and am really in need of a tropical vacation.....can you tell.
