What lovely weather we are having this week. Cool nights and warm days...if only this would last.
I'm getting my mojo back slowly...but might just be wanting to avoid the panic at Christmas.

Had some fun with this one....love this digi called Tempest of Ice from Stamps by Aurora Wings. I couldn't resist having a go at colouring with Copics and pencils.  I created a night sky using blue ink and splashed a little white using a toothbrush. Simple frame to complete the scene.

What a fabulous day as I schedule this post...temp in the high teens with not a cloud in sight.

I've used a very old Inkadinkado stamp for the main image, one of my favourite for Easter.

 framed using MB dies.

Good morning everyone,

Today starts a new challenge at

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #548

where our lovely Buffy has chosen the theme "Masculine"

After clearing out a lot of my stash earlier this year I convinced myself I did not need any more craft goodies and held off for almost 3 months...but oh..when I saw these cute panda's at Whimsy I broke down.  I have used it here for a masculine card but can see many uses for this trio.  The paper is a very old Basic Grey boxer that I've been hoarding. Fingers shook on first cut into the 12x12 sheet.

****Heartfelt***

 Hello everyone,

Today starts a new Challenge at

Fab'n'Funky Challenge #547

hosted by our lovely N-Eva

with a theme of "Hand Coloured Image"

I have chosen to colour with copics and pencils a sunflower digital image created by
Poppy Power by Marcella Hawley called "Sunflower Power".   This very thoughtful designer created this image to help the wonderful people of Ukraine.  All proceeds go toward "Sunflowers for Peace".  I purchased the Sunflower Peace set separately and this image was free.

For me like many others Ukraine is never far from my thoughts. 

I did make a bit of a mess when adding the background.  I fussy cut the image on scrap paper and masked onto the flowers.  I think it might be my choice of ink that I'm not pleased with.  Will have to do some research to perfect this technique.

Hello everyone,

Today starts a new challenge at

where I am the host for the next 2 weeks.

I have chosen the theme of

"Die Cuts and/or Stencils"

I found this Tim Holtz stamp after doing a small clean up of my craft room and decided to show him some love. Coloured with Copics and then die cut.  Dot stencil used for the background and grass stencil for the base.

Hope this finds you well

We've finally dug out from the winter storm that dumped over 50 cm of snow in some areas 

on Sunday and Monday.  So pretty to look at from the comfort of  home.

I had some fun with dies and a paper pad from MFT called Road Trippin'
Lawn Fawn mice stamped and coloured with Copics then die cut.  Sentiment is a SU stamp.

Here is a closeup of my doodling.

 I really was in the groove and might just add some to the inside.
Benefits of being taught cursive I think.
