A beautiful day today as I schedule this post.   Ground is snow covered but the sun is shining brightly so no complaints from me.  Lunch out with the girls tomorrow if weather remains calm.  We've rescheduled twice already because of old man winter...hope the storms hold off for another day as I miss meeting with this bunch of friends.

Another cold front coming thru for us.

High winds and snow combined with ice pellets expected later.  

Oh.....Not a fun winter so far.

~~~ The Cutie Pie Challenge ~ One for the Boys

Hi everyone,

It's time for a new challenge at 

The Cutie Pie Challenge #132

 where our lovely Sarah is hosting.

The theme will be "Card for a Boy, or for that Special Boy.

I've coloured with Copics a digital image from Whimsy Stamps

called "Gecko Love".  Another Crissy Armstrong design.

I think my hubby will have a smile on his face when 

he sees this one.  It will remind him of our recent trip to Aruba

where gecko's and iguana joined us daily at the pool garden.

Another cas design.  Again I've created the sentiment in word.

I really am rubbish at stamping. 

I use a scrap piece of paper to test my measurements as to where it should print,

that way I do not ruin a good piece of cardstock.  Frame cut using a MFT die

then adhered with pop dots for dimension.

~~ Winter Wonderland Tribute ~~

Hi everyone,

I'm back and what a shock coming  home from our lovely holiday in 28°C Aruba

to experience the Polar Vortex causing record breaking cold weather in southern Canada.
 It's indoors for me until this cold front passes.

 who sadly passed away a couple of years ago.

I've had this cute Spring Zebra digi for a few years and decided it was time to colour it up.

I loved making it clean and simple...no design paper or elements to

Fussy and Fancy Friday Final Post
