**** Clean and Simple ****

 Hi folks,

A beautiful, crisp, sunny day today as I write this post.

Off to see my lovely physiotherapist this morning. I've been doctoring a sore knee for several weeks and think it's time I got someone to have a look.  and Yes..I'm that person.

Today starts a new challenge at

It is a great challenge for me...takes me out of my comfort zone which is good.
