Ribbons & Lace at Fussy and Fancy Friday

Oh my gosh Pat, this is just breathtaking!! LOVE your little Papillon, they are such a beautiful breed of dog! All the wonderful pale blues are so pretty, it's like a fairy tale on a card!! hugs :)
