Hope your weekend was a fun one.  

We are making the most of these lovely summer days and getting in a little time away. 

Today starts a new challenge at

The Cutie Pie Challenge #185

where the theme is "Stamps and/or Stars"

I've chosen to use a fun stamp set that comes with a die to cut out the image. 
Coloured with Copics.  MFT dies used to create the snowy background.

A much needed start on my Christmas cards as well.

 Hi Folks,

Hope all is well with you and yours. 

It's been rather noisy around here with all the renovations but on the bright side it's giving us excuses to get away during the day and enjoy some of the lovely parks along the lake and countryside. This does not leave much time for crafting but I managed to squeeze this one in.  

Today starts a new challenge at

Sweet Stampin Challenge

where we have a theme of "Inspired by Book/Film/Song"

I've used a Rubber Cottage stamp that I've had for over 10 years.
It falls in the "Song" option and I've chosen "Hungry Like The Wolf" by Duran Duran, keeping with a very simple design making the image the focal point.
