**** Masculine card ****

 Hello everyone,

Hope you have something fun planned for the weekend. 
Very warm and sunny in my little corner.

We have a new challenge starting today at

Sweet Stampin Challenge

where we would like to see some "Masculine" creations

I have coloured with Copics a Mo's Digital Pencil image. 
Happy Birthday stamped using an acrylic stamp from MFT.  
Sentiment on the bottom is from Mo's Digital Pencil.

I used Faber Castel polychromos pencils to create the plaid on his shirt.

 Good day everyone,

Major computer issues last week and yes I am getting far too old for these shenanigans. So happy they are resolved and life is back to normal.  Weather is back to our normal spring...strong winds, rain and cool temps.  Our recent "summer weather" was short lived but much appreciated.

 Hello everyone,

Hope your weekend is a good one. 
 Lots of sunshine and warm weather here that sure puts a smile on my face. 

Today starts a new challenge at

Sweet Stampin Challenge

where our theme is "Clean and Simple"

For this creation I dusted off an oldie. I've stamped all sides of a Stampendous Marble Texture Cube.
First layer uses Tim Holtz Spun Sugar distressed ink, second layer Dusty Rose and Memento London Fog on the third layer.  The sentiment is a MFT stamp.
The tulips cut using a Joy Craft die.

 Good day everyone,

I hope the sun is shining where you are and perhaps a little warmer as well.

Today starts a new challenge at

The theme this fortnight will be

"Add Die Cuts"

I am a fan of dies, especially those that create images.  I admit I find the little pieces stressful at times but I like the outcome so much I continue to buy them. I've used a new die from Spellbinders that I thought would be perfect for those boys in our lives. Background is SU embossing folders. Can you believe that in all the boxes of ribbons, twines etc I hoard I could not find any very fine red ribbon.  I did however find some white twine which I coloured with Copic marker R59 refill ink...and that did the trick.

 Hello everyone,

I hope your week is starting off well. It's March Break for the schools this week so our Daughter, SIL and Granddaughter are enjoying the sunshine in the south.  The first visit for their dog but he seems to be having fun on the sandy beaches along with the family.  We so enjoy seeing all the pictures and hearing what they are up to.

 Hello everyone

Beautiful sunny days here but wow is it cold. I'm always amazing during my morning walks when I see the Bufflehead ducks diving and swimming along the shoreline.  I can't image how cold the water is when there is still snow on the ground. Mother Nature is wonderful.

I have gone into my stash of Graphic 45 design papers to create this card. 
The papers are from the Portrait of a Lady collection
I cut strips from a sheet of striped design paper and mitered the corners..well 2 turned out ok.
