A beautiful, crisp, sunny day today as I write this post.

Off to see my lovely physiotherapist this morning. I've been doctoring a sore knee for several weeks and think it's time I got someone to have a look.  and Yes..I'm that person.

**** Fav Colours ****

Hello folks, hope all is well

A much needed cold front blew thru this week giving a wonderful relief from the hot, humid weather of late.    Two of our granddaughers came by for lunch last week before heading back to Uni.  So proud of these beautiful, confident young women.  Can't wait till Thanksgiving when they will be back for the holiday.

Not sure where July went are you!  As much as I dislike the intense heat I do love summer mostly because of all the wonderful local fruits and veg that are available.  I might get a peach pie in the oven today before the temperatures rise again next week

Lovely weather for us, great for sitting outside with a good book and cold beverage.
